On Sunday, October 25th the women’s soccer team played against Saint Louis at the Ambler Sports Complex. It was a special game because it was the women’s last home soccer game and they were honoring their senior player #8 Carly Metzger. After Friday’s lost against Charlotte (5-0), the Owls felt they had to redeem themselves especially since it was their last home game. After the first half, the score was 0-0, but towards the end of the second half, Temple Freshmen #9 Kate Yurkovic scored the only goal of the day. Temple won the game 1-0.
