An 18-year-old male was shot in the back near the 1700 block of North Broad Street Tuesday following his high school’s graduation ceremony.

Temple tested TU-Alert, its emergency alert system, on Friday, May 9. Students who have registered with the system received a text message, phone call and e-mail explaining that the message was only a test.
On Tuesday, May 13, shots were fired at 15th and Norris streets. No one got a TU-Alert message.

A young man died of multiple gunshot wounds after a shooting on the 2000 block of Norris Street, blocks from Main Campus, early Sunday evening.

Dec. 20 - Neil Gardner, the leading suspect in a murder that happened at 11th and Norris Streets on Nov. 29, was in court yesterday.
