Student reported being head-butted by a former student during a verbal altercation at 11 p.m. Nov. 19. Complainant declined medical attention for a sore nose. Private criminal complaint advised.

Employee reported receiving threatening telephone calls from former friends at 12 p.m. Nov. 20.

Complainant reported an unknown person took her unattended T-mobile cell phone between
2:15 p.m. and 2:19 p.m. Nov. 20 when left on a chair.

Lynwood Gardens

Cheltenham Police arrested a male and charged him with the Sept. 23 sexual assault in Blai Hall. The male is being held in custody after he could not post bail.

Tyler Campus, Beech Hall

Two male students were involved in a physical altercation following a verbal altercation. Both males declined medical attention for a minor cut and sprained finger. Referred to UDC.

Window broken, 1996 Subaru, between 8 p.m. Nov. 20 and 1 p.m. Nov. 21. Nothing reported missing.

Student reported an unknown person entered his apartment and removed a tan jacket between 2 p.m. Nov. 9 and 10:30 a.m. Nov. 21. The complainant believed someone forced the front door.

Student reported an unknown person entered his apartment and removed an X-box 360, 10 games, a laptop computer, Samsung stereo and an iPod Nano between 2:30 p.m. and 2:45 p.m. Nov. 21. No sign of forced entry.

Student reported an unknown person cut the cable lock and removed her bicycle at 7 p.m. Oct. 31. She did not report the incident. At 4:30 p.m. Nov. 21, she observed her bicycle secured with a lock outside the TECH Center.

Student reported an unknown person took her Razr cell phone when it was left unattended
between 4:50 p.m. and 5 p.m. Nov. 21.

Student reported her wallet, containing an Owl Card, bank card and medical cards, was taken when left unattended between 7:25 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Nov. 21.

Patient reported an unknown person removed a wallet containing various credit cards from a drawer inside her room between 10:45 a.m. and 11:50 a.m. Nov. 22.

9th and Norris streets Campus Police arrested a male for driving under
the influence after being involved in a hit and run accident.

Student reported an unknown person entered his residence between 9 a.m. Nov. 22 and 9 p.m. Nov. 23 and removed a printer, 13-inch television and VCR combination, 20 sweaters, book bag and Playstation games. An air conditioner was removed from a window to gain entrance.

1701 N. Broad St.

Campus Police arrested three juvenile males after they punched another juvenile male and attempted to take his iPod. No injuries reported.

Complainant reported an unknown person entered his apartment between 10:30 a.m. Nov. 23 and 11:45 a.m. Nov. 25 and removed an X-box, 13-inch TV, 15-watt receiver, VCR, Equalizer, Trek mountain bike and speakers. Entrance gained by forced rear basement door.

Complainant reported he entered his apartment at approximately 11:45 a.m. Nov. 25 and heard someone jump out of his window and hop over the fence. Nothing reported missing.

Complainant reported an unknown person entered his apartment between 6 p.m. Nov. 22 and 5:30 p.m. Nov. 25 by forcing metal grates on the window. Nothing reported taken.

Complainant reported an unknown person entered his residence between 4:45 p.m. Nov. 22 and 10:30 p.m. Nov. 25 and removed a HP laptop computer, Nintendo Playstation 2 and games. Entrance gained through a rear window.

Complainant reported an unknown person entered her apartment between 8 a.m. Nov. 23 and 3:30 a.m. Nov. 26 and removed $550, a Dell Laptop computer, a Sony DVD player, two down jackets and a Sony digital camera. Entrance gained by forcing the apartment door.

Complainant reported an unknown person entered his apartment between 4 p.m. Nov. 22 and 11 a.m. Nov. 26 and removed a 21-inch DVD/TV combination, Playstation 2 and a 30G iPod. Entrance gained through a rear window.

Complainant reported an unknown person entered his apartment between 7:30 p.m. Nov. 22 and 11:15 a.m. Nov. 26 and removed a MAC desktop computer, NEC 17-inch monitor, wireless router and modem.

Complainant reported an unknown juvenile male on a bike attempted to snatch her purse while she was helping her son take items into his residence hall. Complainant was treated and released from Temple Hospital for an injury to her left knee when she fell down. Nothing reported missing.

Complainant reported an unknown person removed a black wallet with $90, credit cards, and a driver’s license from her purse between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. Nov. 26. The purse had been sitting on the floor next to the complainant.

Complainant reported an unknown person cut the convertible top to her 2003 Porsche between 7:30 p.m. Nov. 25 and 7:38 a.m. Nov. 26. Nothing reported missing.
