Campus police took into custody a male who placed books inside his book bag and walked out of the store without making payment. Prosecution was declined.

9/21/01, 2 p.m., 2020 Broad Street (walkway).
Two male students arrested for possession of marijuana

9/22/01, 11:51 a.m., 1830 N. 13th Street.
Student reported an unknown person took her purse when it was placed on a bench while waiting for a bus. The purse contained credit cards and identification.

9/22/01, 12:25 p.m., 1300 Residence Hall.
Student reported receiving harassing phone calls.

9/22/01, 2:29 p.m., Hardwick 557.
Student reported an unknown person removed a wallet containing $190, driver’s license, phone card, ATM card and student ID. No forced entry found.

9/22/01, 8:20 p.m., 1250 Berks
Student reported an unknown person removed two 21″ chrome wheels from his Trek mountain bike.

Vendor reported an unknown person removed a cell phone left on a sale table.

Student reported an unknown male took a green mountain bike that had been locked to the bike rack.

Female student reported a male, known to her, grabbed her by her breasts and buttocks. Arrest warrant to be obtained pending further investigation.

Wallet, credit cards, ID taken from student’s book bag when left unattended while ordering food.

Female student reported being indecently assaulted by a male student who pulled down her pants and grabbed her breasts.

Student reported receiving harassing computer messages.

1996 Plymouth entered, no force found, portable CD player, CDs and pots and pans removed.

9/25/01, 1 a.m., 2131 Broad Street
Campus police arrested a non-Temple-affiliated male and female for retail theft inside the Rite Aid. The male was charged with assaulting the store security guard and a Temple police officer.

9/25/01, 11:20 a.m., 1913 Broad Street
Contractor reported an unknown person entered a Ford pickup truck and removed a voltage box and change from the ashtray. No force was found.

9/25/01, 5:55 p.m., Student Center
Dining employees reported an unknown person removed $180 from an unlocked locker in the employees’ locker room.
