A student in Wachman Hall reported receiving several harassing phone calls from an unknown person.

Nothing better to do

A student in Temple Towers reported receiving harassing phone calls from an unknown person.

Why pay when I can steal?
6:40 p.m. Jan. 19
A student reported a window of their 1996 Dodge was broken and the stereo and CD’s were taken. The car was parked on the 1500 block of Montgomery.

Now I don’t need to pay for one
11:35 a.m. Jan. 20
The window of a 1995 Chevrolet was reported broken and a green LL Bean backpack containing personal items was taken. The car was parked on the 1400 block of Diamond.

Coworker problems

An employee reported being harassed by another employee while in the Grounds Department.

Starting off the semester not so right

Fire rescue transported a student who was suffering from extreme intoxication to Temple Hospital. The student who was taken from 2029 N. Broad is being referred to UDC.

Crime of the Week
KINKY
12:30 p.m. Jan. 22
A camera, vibrator and a portable drill were reported taken from the Dental Special Care Clinic. No forced entry was found.

Blatant vandalism
5:35 p.m. Jan. 22
An employee reported their 2000 Chevrolet had its window broken. Nothing was reported missing from the vehicle. The car was parked in the Ontario East Garage, 2nd Level.

Resistance is futile
Jan. 23
Charles Pinkney, 1143 E. Mt. Pleasant was charged with absconding at 1315 Diamond.

This is getting old
1:05 p.m. Jan. 23
A Temple Towers’ student reported receiving a harassing phone call from an unknown person.

8:40 p.m. Jan. 23
A student reported an unknown male knocked on her vehicle window and showed what appeared to be a handgun and demanded money. The male fled from the area after taking $30. No injuries reported. The crime took place off campus on the 1500 block of N. 12th Street.
