Nobody Yet, an alternative rock band from Philadelphia will play at The Underground this weekend.

Together since August, this new group has performed at several venues in the area including the Grape Street Pub, Brownies 38th Street and the Mill Creek Tavern.

Four members strong, the group boasts eight original tracks as well as 20 to 25 cover songs, said Kevin O’Hearn base guitarist and a sophomore at Temple.

The other band mates include Matt Geyer on lead vocals, a 23-year-old Brian Schneck, a junior business major at Drexel University, mans the drums. Joe “Free Bird” Humeas, a junior architectural engineering major, plays lead guitar.

Matty G. is a classically-trained vocalist while O’Hearn, having never played an instrument before, picked up the guitar in just two months. Schneck is an award-winning drummer from his middle and high school days. And Bird is a die hard lover of classic rock.
