Dear Sir:
I am the coach of the high school step team “the Show” which is located in the New York City area. My team has performed and won the “Top Dog Competition” at Showtime at the Appollo”, the All-City Step Competition in New York, appeared on metro TV shows, stepped for other high schools as well as for numerous local and state functions.
I would like to take my team to the next step by exposing them to college life through a showcase of their talent at a step show. I hope that such an exposure would serve as a catalyst for them to consider pursuing a career in higher education.
I am therefore requesting that if your university has such a show this year that my team be considered to participate.
