Hello Temple News. My name is Drake Bearden and I am a news editorial major at Temple. I recently heard a story about Roger Williams University in Rhode Island’s efforts to start up a “white’s only” scholarship. I am a minority at Temple and without getting into a lot of detail I was wondering if the paper would be interested in pursuing the story. I have and continue to do a lot of research on the subject, and could have the story by this week if necessary, and next week if you would like.
