The Dragons split two road conference games last week, losing to Northeastern, 59-54, but defeating Hofstra, 66-51. Drexel went just 1-of-16 from the three point line against Northeastern but recovered against Hofstra, shooting 13-of-21 from beyond the arc.

La Salle
Record: 9-13, 1-6 A-10, 1-2 Big 5
The Explorers dropped two games to A-10 rivals Charlotte and Temple last week. La Salle is now 1-6 in the conference. In the Big 5 loss to Temple, the Explorers shot 21-for-44 on the court.

Penn
Record: 3-15, 0-3 Ivy League, 0-4 Big 5
The Quakers dropped two games this weekend to Harvard and Dartmouth. The Crimson beat Penn, 63-62. The Quakers led the game until the last few minutes, when Harvard hit 6-of-10 three-pointers. The Quakers have yet to win an Ivy League match.

Saint Joseph’s
Record: 11-10, 3-3 A-10, 1-2 Big 5
The Hawks’ game against the Owls last Wednesday came down to the final seconds. The Owls outshot the Hawks, 6-3 at the end to win, 70-67. Saint Joseph’s bounced back on Sunday to beat Massachusetts, 72-66. The Hawks trailed the Minutewomen by 11 points at halftime, but recovered with a 16-5 run with minutes left in the game for the win.

Villanova
Record: 12-10, 2-7 Big East, 3-1 Big 5
The Wildcats played two ranked teams last week and dropped both games. Villanova took on Pittsburgh last Wednesday. The No. 15 Panthers beat Villanova, 72-63. DePaul beat the Wildcats, 78-55 on Sunday. DePaul trailed early in the first half, but used a 21-6 run to gain momentum. The Blue Demon’s Allie Quigley hit five of six three-pointers to seal the win for DePaul.
