Do you boycott movie theaters because of the continuous junk shown on the big screen? Or do you swear if you have to sit by another tall person while watching a bad movie get even worse that you will throw yourself up against the movie theater screen until you get your ticket refunded?

Now, there is an outlet for your frustration. Go to www.ohthehumanity.com and vent about the bad movies. The website’s mission is to “promote only the highest standards in crap.”

Providing movie reviews, debates, and user-interactive programs, the site encourages you to lash out on bad actors and actresses and the cheesy, over-rated plots that the previews did no justice for.

This “crap”-driven site has some to take itself. The meager graphics do little to engage the reader in user activities.

An example of movies reviewed is “Don’t Tell Mom the Babysitter’s Dead.” If you’re a science fiction buff, the site may appeal more with reviews of “Jaws: the Revenge” and “1985 Godzilla.”

The site is also in dire need of updating its reviews and discussion panels. It still hasn’t crossed the Y2K barrier — perhaps it crashed after the turn of the century — and certainly wouldn’t win a prize for the “most missed website.”

One unique feature the site offers is different thematic quizzes such as the “The Sequels Quiz,” “The Oscars Quiz,” and “The Robot Quiz,” just to name a few.

If you’re looking for a website to entertain more than offer insightful knowledge, stop here.

If you’re looking for something a bit more substantial and more modern, your time will be better spent searching the ‘net elsewhere.
