TSG sponsors networking, résumé critique event
Temple Student Government is sponsoring the Student Business Card Exchange and Résumé Critique this Thursday at the Liacouras Center.
The event will be held in the Fox/Gittis room and foyer. The reception starts at 6:00 p.m. and a dinner will follow at 7:15 p.m.
The event will give students the opportunity to mingle with professionals and have their résumés critiqued by Career Services.

Spring plant sale at Ambler
Pi Alpha Xi, the national honor society for horticulture students, will welcome the spring with their annual Spring Plant Sale on April 13.
The sale will take place in their new greenhouse on the Ambler campus and will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
There will be hundreds of plants available for purchase. Horticulture students will also be available to provide gardening tips. Many of the plants were grown on Ambler’s campus.

Athletics auctions memorabilia
The Temple University Owl Club has begun its second annual online auction and proceeds will provide support for student athletes in the university’s 20 sports programs.

In last week’s article about Temple Student Government, Andrew Gallegos was incorrectly identified. He is TSG’s Vice President of Student Affairs, not Academic Affairs.
In the same article, the amount of money by which Temple’s funding is to be cut was stated incorrectly. The exact amount has not been finalized.
