On Sept. 11, a backpack containing books, a calculator and a wallet with credit cards and identification was taken from a desktop in an unlocked and unattended room. The incident occurred in the University Services Building in room 308 between 11:10 a.m. and 11:18a.m.

* Bag taken
A student reported an unknown person removed a blue book bag, which contained a black purse, credit cards, cell phone, ID and keys, left unattended while the student was jogging on the running track area between 10 a.m. and 10:25a.m. Sept. 12.

* Laptop stolen
An employee reported an unknown person removed a Dell laptop computer from an unlocked office in Medical Research room 623 between 4:30p.m. Sept. 11 and 7:30a.m. Sept.13. There were no signs of forced entry.

* Laptop stolen, part II
A student reported an unknown person removed a Sony laptop computer and textbooks from Pharmacy Building room 332 between 5 p.m. Aug. 24 and 11 a.m. Aug. 25. No forced entry was found.

* Locker break-in
A student reported an unknown person removed his lock from a locker and took a backpack containing texts, cell phone, wallet, credit cards and $20 cash between 8:20 a.m. and 8:30a.m. in the Pearson locker room on Sept. 14.

* Locker break-in, part II
A Temple alumnus reported an unknown person forced locker number 195 open and removed a wallet containing $7, credit cards and ID between 12 p.m. and 12:20 p.m. on Sept. 14 at the Pearson locker room.

* Power tools stolen
A contractor reported an unknown person forced the rear window of a 1995 Chevrolet truck located at 1602 N. 13th Street and removed various power tools between 7 a.m. and 3:10 p.m. on Sept. 13.

* Four arrested in assault report
Campus police arrested four males after a non-Temple-related male reported they assaulted him and attempted to take $23 from his pocket while in the Rite Aid parking lot at Broad and Susquehanna Streets on Sept. 17 around 2:51 a.m.

* Asleep at the wheel
Campus police arrested one male for driving under the influence after he was found asleep in his vehicle with the engine running in the driving lane of Susquehanna Avenue on Sept. 17 around 12:38 a.m.

* Bike part removed
A student reported an unknown person removed the quick-release mechanism from the seat on her bike between 7 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. on Sept. 17.

* License tag stolen
A student reported on September 18 that an unknown person removed a California license tag from a 1992 Honda parked on Diamond St near Broad St.

* Registration tag stolen
A student reported an unknown person removed the registration verification sticker from a 1986 Subaru parked at 2014 N 15th Street between September 16 and 18.

* Backpack stolen
A student reported an unknown person removed a blue backpack containing a textbook, wallet, ID cards and keys taken when left against a wall in room 144 McGonigle Hall on September 18 between 1:15pm and 1:45pm.

* 96 building and office keys taken
An employee reported an unknown person removed a key ring with 96 building and office keys from Gladfelter room 408 between 4:30pm September 18 and 9:00am September 19. Entry was gained through an unlocked connecting door.

* Briefcase taken
An employee reported an unknown person removed a black briefcase from Anderson room 353. It contained a checkbook, $40, wallet and credit cards when left unattended between 10:15am and 10:20am on September 19.

* Thief hits $200 jackpt
An employee reported an unknown person removed a tote bag containing a wallet, credit cards and $200 from an unlocked and unattended office between 12:30pm and 12:41pm on September 19 in Ritter Annex.

* Tire thief caught
Campus police apprehended one male juvenile after he removed a tire from a student’s Dyno VFR bicycle at 1750 N 13th St. The complainant declined prosecution.

* Money missing from front desk at White Hall
A student reported $80 missing from an envelope that was delivered to the residence hall by her aunt. The envelope was left at the front desk and when she retrieved it the money was missing.

* Mugging at Amtrak station
A student reported September 19 an unknown male took her purse after threatening her while on the train platform of the Amtrak station at 2800 N. Broad St. The purse contained $20, textbooks, credit cards, drivers license, train pass and keys.
