Student reported an unknown person removed an unattended wallet containing an Owl Card, Pa. non-driver’s license, credit cards, insurance card, video card and a library card between 9:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Feb. 12.
2000 Carlisle St.
Student reported an unknown male approached her, asked for the time, then snatched her cell phone from her hand and fled west on Norris Street at 4:40 p.m. No injuries reported.
Rock Pavilion
Employee reported an unknown person removed an unattended wallet containing Pa. driver’s license and credit cards from a room between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. Feb. 12. The room was unable to be secured.

Employee reported an unknown person removed a Sony DVD / VCR player from an unsecured faculty conference room between January and February.

Student reported receiving harassing phone calls from an acquaintance.
Out Patient Building, fifth floor
Employee reported an unknown person removed $290 from a secured safe between 3:50 p.m. Feb. 9 and 5:20 p.m. Feb. 12. No force found.

Student reported receiving harassing instant messages from his cousin at 1 a.m. Feb. 14.

1999 Honda entered, door unsecured, Dell laptop computer taken between 7:45 p.m. and 8 p.m. Feb. 13.
Feb. 15
1560 N. Carlisle St.
Student reported an unknown male took $22 after showing what appeared to be a handgun. No injuries reported.

Student reported receiving harassing text messages from his former girlfriend.
1300 Residence Hall
Student reported $10 taken from her wallet between 8:30 a.m. Feb. 10 and 4:30 p.m. Feb. 13.
Feb. 16
1400 Norris St.
Student reported a 1995 Plymouth, Pa. license tag GLE-8381, stolen from the highway between 8 p.m. Feb. 15 and 9 a.m. Feb 16.
1600 N. Broad St.
Male juvenile reported being hit in the head with a piece of ice thrown by another juvenile male, suffering a small cut to his head. He declined medical attention.
1305 Allegheny Ave.
Complainant reported an unknown male juvenile fled with her cell phone after she gave it to him to use at 8:56 a.m. Feb.16.

Two students reported an unknown person removed from their unattended bags wallets containing credit cards, Pa. driver’s licenses, gift card and expired college identification between 10:15 a.m. and 11a.m. Feb. 16.

A non-Temple affiliated underage male was transported to Temple Hospital for observation and treatment of excessive consumption of alcohol.

Manager reported an unknown male left the store with $100 worth of merchandise from 7-Eleven and fled north on Liacouras Walk.
