Campus Police arrested a male after he forcibly took $520 from a non-Temple affiliated male 4 p.m. Aug. 31.

Employee reported three unknown juveniles threw bottles at students and staff on the field at 5:48 p.m. Aug. 31.

Sept. 1

2037 N. Gratz St.
State police liquor control enforcement and Campus Police arrested 20 students for underage consumption of alcoholic beverages and one student for possession of cocaine during a Phi Kappa Theta fraternity party where they charged patrons at the door. Referred to UDC.

Sept. 2

Temple Towers
Resident assistant reported three unauthorized students, non residents, were found using the pool without authorization at 1 p.m. Aug. 2.

1526 N. 15th St.
Window broken on a 2001 Oldsmobile between 5 p.m. Aug. 1 and 6 p.m. Aug. 2. Nothing reported missing.

Sept. 3
1809 N. 13th St.
Campus Police found a semi-conscious and unresponsive student on the highway with the odor of alcohol on his breath. He was transported to Temple Hospital for treatment and observation of excessive consumption of alcohol. Referred to UDC.

1300 Residence Hall
Campus Police found a semi-conscious and unresponsive student sitting in a chair with the odor of alcohol on his breath. He was transported to Temple Hospital for treatment of excessive consumption of alcohol. Referred to UDC.

Kardon Apartments, Fourth Floor
Student reported an unknown female took DVDs, Nintendo games, $20 and an iPod. The student surprised the suspect in her apartment at 2:20 p.m. Aug. 3 and the suspect yelled at her, making her lie on the floor before leaving with the items. No forced entry, door left unlocked.

University Village, Second Floor
Student reported receiving harassing text message from an unknown person between 1:58 p.m. and 2:08 p.m. Aug. 3/07.

1901 Liacouras Walk
Student reported an unknown male snatched her purse at 8:25 p.m. Aug. 3. A witness chased the suspect and retrieved the pocketbook. No injuries reported.

Broad & Allegheny Subway Station
Female student reported two unknown males took her shoulder bag, wallet, textbooks, cell phone, credit cards, keys and driver’s license at 9:58 a.m. Aug. 31. Examined at Temple Hospital for redness on her neck.

Sept. 4

Liacouras Parking Garage
Security guard reported two unknown males entered the parking booth and took several envelopes, containing $1340, that were sitting on top of the safe at 5:38 a.m. Aug. 4.

McGonigle Hall, First Floor
Employee reported an unknown person entered the gymnastics room, threw chalk around and damaged the hinge to door between 6:30 p.m. Aug. 3 and 6 a.m. Aug. 4.

Temple Towers Parking Lot
Student reported an unknown person removed his green mountain bike that was secured to the fence between 10 a.m. Aug. 3 and 10 a.m. Aug. 4.

Student reported an unknown person removed his secured mountain bike from a railing between 5:30 p.m. and 7:50 p.m. Aug. 4.

1801 N. 13th St.
Student reported an unknown person removed his silver Diamond Back bike, that was secured to bike rack, between 6:30 and 8:30 p.m. Aug. 4.

Kresge Basement
Employees reported an unknown person removed a portable DVD player, two saws, two cordless drills, a hammer drill and a rigid pistol cable between 3:30 p.m. Aug. 1 and 6 a.m. Aug. 4. No force found.

Rock Pavilion Basement
Employee reported an unknown person removed two drain machines, Jett machine, four drills, a hand drain machine and wrench between 3:30 p.m. Aug. 1 and 8 a.m. Aug. 4. No force found.

Rock Pavilion, Fifth Floor
Employee reported an unknown person removed two staplers, three clocks, a calculator and television between 5 p.m. Aug. 31 and 9 a.m. Aug. 4. No force found.

Sept. 5

1825 N. 10th St.
Campus Police arrested a male and female after they were identified through video images as having forcibly entered a vending machine on Aug. 3 and taking the candy. Charged with Burglary.

Student reported an unknown person removed a book bag, containing textbooks and a Texas Instruments calculator, when left unattended on a bench between 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. Aug. 4.

Liacouras Parking Garage
Contract security officer reported being harassed by a co-worker at 11:30 p.m. Aug. 30.

1600 N. 15th St.
Student reported being sexually assaulted by a male student at 4 a.m. Aug. 26. Further investigation continuing.

Founders Garden
Campus Police stopped a student who was openly smoking marijuana. When stopped the male used profanity towards the officer and was uncooperative. Referred to UDC.

Dental School Lab
Student reported having pressurized air sprayed into her right ear by another student causing loss of hearing and pain on Aug. 21. Treated at Temple Hospital and referred to UDC.

Sept. 6

Anderson Hall, Sixth Floor
Employee observed an unknown male in her unattended and unsecured office going through her pocketbook. She ordered him to drop the bag and he shoved her as he ran out the door, causing her to fall to the floor. The male fled after taking $23. No injuries reported.

1531 N. 16th St.
Window broken of a 1995 Infiniti, CDs and clothing taken between 6:35 p.m. and 6:55 p.m. Aug. 6.

1800 N.13th St.
Student reported a red Suburban bike stolen from a bike rack by between 7:45 p.m. and 9:20 p.m. Aug. 6.

1300 Residence Hall
An underage student attempted to enter the residence hall with a bottle of Vodka in his possession. Referred to UDC.

1940 Liacouras Walk
A parent of a student reported dropping his wallet near the front entry desk, and when he returned 15 minutes later the wallet had been found. However; he reported $20 and credit cards had been taken between 9 p.m. and 9:15 p.m. Aug. 6.

Rock Pavilion
Employee reported receiving harassing telephone calls from her former boyfriend. Private criminal complaint advised.

Emergency Department
Employee reported being harassed and threatened by a patient waiting for treatment. Private criminal complaint advised.

Sept. 7

Kardon, Fourth Floor
Campus Police, using images from the university-wide camera system, positively identified a female offender. An affidavit of probable cause has been submitted for an arrest warrant.

CEA Vuilding, Fifth Floor

Student reported an unknown person removed an iPod from a locked area between 6 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Aug. 6. No force found.

University Village, Third Floor
Student reported a known student removed photographs from her room at 12 a.m. Aug. 7. Referred to UDC

Student reported his black Mongoose mountain bike was stolen between 2:10 p.m. and 2:20 p.m. Aug. 7.

Campus Police confiscated a bottle of Vodka and nine cans of beer from and underage student attempting to enter the residence hall. Referred to UDC.

Student reported an unknown male guest in her apartment kissed her hand and grabbed her buttocks at 6:30 p.m. Aug. 7. Student declined criminal prosecution.

Campus Police confiscated alcohol from an underage student attempting to enter the residence hall. Referred to UDC.

1810 N. 13th St.
Student reported a red Gary Fisher mountain bike was stolen from a bike rack between 2:10 p.m. and 2:20 p.m. Aug. 7.

1940 Residence Hall
Campus Police confiscated a bottle of alcohol from an underage student attempting to enter the residence hall. Referred to UDC.

Campus Police confiscated eight cans of beer from an underage visitor attempting to enter the residence hall.

2010 N. Broad St.
Campus Police responded to a report of a fight on the highway and made contact with a student who reported being punched by a male during a verbal altercation. A non-Temple affiliated offender was identified and a Private Criminal Complaint was advised.

GSB Building
Campus Police observed the rear first floor broken and the padlock removed from the grate. No entry gained, window secured by facilities.

White Hall
Campus Police confiscated eight cans of beer from an underage student attempting to enter the residence hall. Referred to UDC.

1300 Residence Hall
An underage male student was transported to Temple Hospital for treatment and observation of excessive consumption of alcohol. Referred to UDC.

1025 W. Montgomery Ave.
A non-Temple affiliated male was transported to Temple Hospital for excessive consumption of alcohol.

1501 Cecil B. Moore Ave.
Two female students reported being verbally harassed by two unknown males who made obscene comments from their vehicle.

McGonigle Hall, First Floor
Employee reported an unknown person threw chalk and honey on the mats, discharged fire extinguishers and wrote graffiti inside the gym.

Rock Pavilion
Patient reported being physically threatened by her boyfriend during a visit 4:40 p.m. Aug. 9. Visitor restriction placed on offender and Private Criminal Complaint advised.
