An Orphanage/Hospice For HIV+ Children in Kenya
A telethon will air on Sunday, September 30, 2001 to raise money for Nyumbani, an orphanage for HIV+ children in Nairobi, Kenya.

Nyumbani was founded by Fr. Angelo D’Agostino, a physician and Jesuit priest founded Nyumbani in 1992. Currently, there are 76 children living at Nyumbani. Another 200 children, living in the slums of Nairobi receive help through the Lea Toto program. To date, Nyumbani has no regular donor, and must rely almost totally on the donations of well-wishers, who visit or hear about the facility.
