Caroline Grattan has helped the Owls get off to a hot start.

It took four sets, but the volleyball team continued their undefeated season.

Volleyball will be looking to address its defense this fall, while it moves on without 2014 graduate Gabriella Matautia.

The Owls knocked off Niagra, hosting Syracuse and Delaware State en route to winning the Syracuse Tournament Sunday.

For the first time in 14 years, the women’s soccer team defeated St. Joseph’s Friday night, 1-0.

Both the men’s and women’s teams were shutout last weekend.

Both teams lost during the first round of the American Athletic Conference tournament.

The men’s team will compete in Memphis, Tenn., while the women’s team will compete in Tampa, Fla.

The men’s tennis team will head into the conference tournament having won 11 of its final 13 matches.

After an 0-8 start, the Owls have won 10 of their past 12 matches.
