The women’s soccer team has allowed four goals through five conference games this season.

The Owls and East Carolina tied 0-0 at Ambler Sports Complex Sunday.

Temple defeated Cincinnati 2-1 Thursday at Ambler Sports Complex for its first conference victory.

After scoring 31 times in its first 10 games, the women’s soccer team is scoreless in three losses to begin conference play.

The Owls’ 1-0 Saturday against Connecticut was the team’s third straight loss to begin conference play.

Gabriella McKeown, Kayla Cunningham and Elana Falcone have totaled 20 points.

The Owls fell to No. 7 South Florida 1-0 Sunday, their second consecutive loss to start conference play.

In the team’s American Athletic Conference opener, the Owls were defeated by Central Florida 1-0 Thursday.

Through the squad’s first 10 games, the women’s soccer team has outscored its opponents by 23 goals.

Kelly Farrell’s hat trick helped the Owls top Saint Joseph’s 3-1 Sunday at Ambler Sports Complex.
