An unidentified man was struck by a car last night on North Broad Street near Cecil B. Moore Avenue, police said.
The man, who is not a Temple student, was biking across North Broad Street near Wendy’s about 6:30 p.m. when his rear wheel was clipped by a Honda Accord in the middle traffic lane.
The biker was intoxicated, according to police from the 23rd district, and was taken to Hahnemann University Hospital for minor injuries. He was listed in stable condition.
The driver of the Honda, whose name had not been released, was not injured. His car, however, is being held by police because it is not registered and the driver did not have a license.
