Board of Trustees Meeting: Patrick O’Connor

The Board of Trustees intends to end its lease in the space that houses Temple University Fitness in 2020.

While Temple has raised tuition since 2013, Penn State’s Board of Trustees froze it for in-state students for the first time in almost half a century.

The university views the properties as expanded development opportunities to “activate Broad Street.”
