The university has not yet outlined a timeline for the project which would be carried out by Temple’s project delivery group.

The Best Nest Program provides students with off-campus housing resources, like Best Nest certified listings, and works with landlords to install additional security measures.

The $4.9 million project will provide office, work and collaboration spaces for start-up businesses.
