As many of us finished up the subject selection process, let’s take a look back at some of the highlights (and lowlights) of this time period.
* Temple News assistant on-line editor Jigsha Desai says that on one page of her DARS report, it says that she needs to complete one economics course, yet another page says that she has completed her economics requirement.
* Speaking of the DARS report, if this is supposed to HELP people know which courses they need to graduate, then why do so many students have trouble figuring out what it means? Could you imagine how troublesome it would be if they didn’t include the key that decodes what the abbreviations stand for?
Einstein of the Week:
When asked, several Temple students didn’t know who John Timoney was. What makes this a truly classic “Einstein of the Week” is that they were journalism students (who apparently don’t watch the news on TV or read a newspaper!*)
