Respiratory Store Room
Employee reported an unknown person removed an Imax laptop computer from an unsecured storeroom between 4 p.m. April 7 and 8:30 a.m. April 9. The locking cable and plates were forcibly removed from a cart the laptop was attached to.

April 10
No incidents reported.

April 11
Speakman Hall
Student reported an unknown person removed a T-Mobile cell phone from a room when left unattended between 10:30 a.m. and 11:15 a.m. April 11. Room left unsecured.

Johnson Hall, mail room
Student reported an unknown person signed for a package containing clothes between 3:20 p.m. April 5 and 6 p.m. April 10.

1940 Residence Hall
Campus Police confiscated six 40-ounce bottles of beer from an underage student attempting to enter the residence hall. Referred to UDC.

1602 Park Avenue
Window broken, 2000 Plymouth, iPod and charger taken between 7:30 p.m. April 8 and 9:30 p.m. April 11.

Johnson Hall
Campus Police stopped an underage male student attempting to enter the residence hall with four 40-ounce bottles of beer. Referred to UDC.

1740 N. Sydenham St.
Student reported observing an unknown male juvenile jump on the hood of his 1997 Pontiac, causing damage to the hood, at 9:25 p.m. April 11.

1958 N. 13th St.
Campus Police arrested a non-Temple affiliated male on an outstanding scofflaw warrant.

April 12
Johnson Hall
Employee reported an unknown person wrote a swastika on a wall in the stairwell in blue marker between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m. April 12.

1405 Jefferson St.
Window broken, 2000 Hyundai, case of Red Bull, case of water and a book bag taken between 11:45 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. April 12.

2149 Carlisle St.
Campus Police stopped an underage male student in possession of alcohol. Referred to UDC.

Student Center, game room
Student reported his unattended wallet, containing a PNC bank card, two blank checks, Owl Card, Pa. driver’s license and computer card was taken between 6 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. April 12.

1300 Residence Hall
Student reported receiving harassing phone calls from another student at 9:45 p.m. April 5 over a $30 debt. Referred to UDC.

Johnson and Hardwick Cafeteria
Cashier reported two male students yelled and cursed at him after he declined to let one of the males use the other student’s Owl Card to eat. Referred to UDC.

Short Procedure Locker Room
Employee reported an unknown person removed the doors to lockers 13, 14, 15 and 16 between 6 a.m. April 11 and 1 p.m. April 12. Nothing reported missing.

Rock Pavilion, Surgical Locker room
Students reported $115 taken from their purses between 7:45 a.m. and 9:45 a.m. April 12 while unattended during treatment.

Window broken, 1995 Toyota, Dell Laptop, backpack, two books and a DVD taken between 7 p.m. and 7:45pm 4/13

Temple Hospital
Patient reported an unknown person removed a purse when left unattended while getting tests done between 11:05 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. April 13. The purse was recovered with various medications and a gold necklace missing.

1522 Ontario St.
Window broken, 1996 Toyota, Compaq computer and bedding removed between 6:45 a.m. and 1 p.m. April 13.

Rock Pavilion
Patient reported an unknown person removed a cell phone from his room between 3 p.m. April 12 and 3:15 p.m. April 13.

April 14
1345 Norris St.
Campus Police transported an underage male student to Temple Hospital for treatment and observation of excessive consumption of alcohol when he was observed staggering with slurred speech. Referred to UDC.

1530 N. 16th St.
Window broken, 1995 Subaru, speaker box and amplifier taken, between 10 p.m. April 13 and 1:30 a.m. April 14.

College of Engineering and Architecture
Campus Police transported an underage male student to Temple Hospital for treatment and observation of excessive consumption of alcohol. Referred to UDC.

Window broken, 1996 Jeep, iPod taken between 9 p.m. April 12 and 5 p.m. April 14.

Temple Burn Unit
Employee reported an unknown person removed a winter coat that contained car keys, $20 and two sets of car keys when left unattended at the nurses’ station between 3 p.m. April 13 and 9 a.m. April 14.

Health Sciences Campus
Employee reported an unknown person removed a Dell computer, four keyboards and five Dell monitors from a locked office between 9:30 p.m. April 13 and 4:30 p.m. April 14. An exterior window was broken to gain entrance.

April 15
1830 N. 16th St.
An underage female student transported to Temple Hospital for treatment of a cut to her leg and excessive consumption of alcohol. The injury was suffered when she fell. Referred to UDC.

1432 Diamond St.
Delta Sigma Phi fraternity president reported members of another fraternity broke a small window in the rear door of his residence when they attempted to kick the door in to gain entry. Further investigation to follow.

2109 N. 12th St.
Campus Police and Philadelphia Police arrested a male student for rape after a non-Temple-affiliated female reported being sexually assaulted in his off-campus residence at approximately 3:10 a.m. April 15.

Female student reported receiving harassing telephone calls from an unknown male.
