Hardwick Hall, 10th Floor
Student reported an unknown person removed an iPod and head phones from his room between 5 p.m. and 5:20 p.m. Oct. 5. No force found.

1420 Berks St.
Student reported a blue 10-speed bike stolen from a bike rack between 10:28 a.m. and 12:35 p.m. Oct. 22.

1800 N. 15th St.
Student reported his cell phone, Pennsylvania driver’s license, keys, credit card and debit card taken between 4:45 p.m. and 5 p.m. Oct. 21 when left unattended on the track.

Beury Hall, First Floor
Student reported her change purse, PNC card, National Citizen’s Card, Pennsylvania Driver’s license and Owl Card were taken between 1:20 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. Oct. 22.

Alder and Diamond streets
Window broken on a 1995 Ford between 3 p.m. and 3:20 p.m. Oct. 22. Nothing reported missing.

Window broken on a 1999 Volkswagen, and a CD face plate, remote and cell phone charger taken between 12 p.m. and 6 p.m. Oct. 22,.

Campus Police took a juvenile male into custody after he slapped a female student on the buttocks at 9:05 p.m. Oct. 22. Complainant declined to prosecute and the male was released into his parent’s custody.

Student reported an unknown person removed a Samsung cell phone when left unattended in the laundry room between 8:40 p.m. and 9:50 p.m. Oct. 22

Female student reported an unknown male, eight to 10 years old, grabbed her breast at 6:40 p.m. Oct. 22.

Student reported receiving harassing text messages from a non-Temple affiliated female.

Student reported an unknown male reached into his wallet and removed $120 and took his cell phone from him at 3 p.m. Oct. 23.

1731 N. Broad St.
Student reported her Hampton Cruiser bike stolen by an unknown person between 12 p.m. Oct. 22 and 5:30 p.m. Oct. 23.

Oct. 24
Triangle Apartments
Student admitted to fabricating a report that she was assaulted at 1124 Cecil B. Moore Ave. on Oct. 19. During a re-interview, the student reported sustaining the bruises after being grabbed by the throat during a verbal altercation inside her apartment by a female friend. The student declined to identify or prosecute the female friend.

Female student reported being harassed by her ex-boyfriend.

2028 N. Broad St.
Student reported being harassed by a group of juvenile males that threw unknown objects at him at 3:40 p.m. Oct. 24. No injuries reported.

Kresge Plumber Shop
A male employee, identified through investigation, was arrested and charged with burglary from a previously reported incident on Sept. 4.

Outpatient, Fourth Floor
Employee reported an unknown person entered an open and unattended office between 8 a.m. and 11:25 a.m. Oct. 24 and removed a purse containing $5, a checkbook, credit cards, keys and a driver’s license.

Kardon Building
Student reported receiving harassing phone calls from an unknown person between Oct. 22 and Oct. 25.

Gladfelter Hall
Employee reported an unknown person used spray paint to write “Skip Class” on the window to room 204 between 9 p.m. Oct. 24 and 7 a.m. Oct. 25.

1531 W. Norris St.
Student reported receiving harassing text messages from his ex-girlfriend on Oct. 25.

1700 N. 11th St.
Student’s 1991 Ford entered with no force found and an Aiwa CD player and stereo taken between 7 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Oct. 25.

Oct. 26
1240 Norris St.
Campus Police arrested a non-Temple affiliated male for robbery after he snatched a female students’ purse at 12:35 a.m. Oct. 26. No injuries reported.

Temple Towers
Six underage students were found in possession of alcoholic beverages while having a party inside a residence hall room. Referred to UDC.

1602 N. Sydenham St.
A female student was involved in an auto accident, causing the vehicle to turn over at 5 a.m. Oct. 26. The student, described as intoxicated, ran away from the area prior to the arrival of police. Further investigation to follow. Referred to UDC.

2029 N. Broad St.
A female student reported being sexually assaulted in a ladies room on Oct. 16 at approximately 1 a.m.. Further investigation to continue.

Johnson & Hardwick cafeteria
A student reported her Verizon cell phone taken between 6 p.m. and 6:05 p.m. Oct. 26 when left unattended.

1806 Diamond St.
Campus Police and Pennsylvania State Police Liquor control agents arrested 57 underage students and non-students inside a private residence. The student hosts were charging at the door for access to the party and charging money for alcoholic beverages. Four additional students were charged with providing alcohol to minors and other charges related to serving alcoholic beverages without a license.

Students observed smashing pumpkins on the highway causing a hazard. Referred to UDC.

Employee reported receiving a harassing voice message at 4:39 p.m. Oct. 25.

Oct. 27
Temple Towers
Campus Police transported an underage student to Temple Hospital for treatment and observation of excessive consumption of alcohol. Referred to UDC.

Oct. 28
1842 N. 16th St.
Campus Police officer was pushed by uncooperative students while attempting to shut down a sorority party that was causing a disturbance.

1101 W. Montgomery Ave.
Campus Police transported an underage student to Temple Hospital for treatment and observation of excessive consumption of alcohol. Referred to UDC.

Student reported his roommate appeared to be intoxicated. The student locked himself inside his room and would not answer the door. Referred to UDC.

Complainant reported her 2003 Cadillac stolen between 7 p.m. Oct. 27 and 10 a.m. Oct. 28.

2100 N. Carlisle St.
Student reported an unknown person cut her license plate between 5 p.m. Oct. 27 and 1 p.m. Oct. 28.

Student reported $40 taken from a book bag in his room by an unknown person between 9 p.m. Oct. 27 and 3 p.m. Oct. 28. No forced entry found

Student reported a mountain bike and lock taken between 3 p.m. Oct. 26 and 10:30 a.m. Oct. 28.

Campus Police arrested a non-Temple affiliated male for defiant trespassing.
