Sept. 14
Paley Library
Student reported that she observed an unknown male inappropriately touching himself in the periodical area at 9:13 p.m. Sept. 11. Male fled without incident.

Elmira Jeffries lobby
An underage Temple student was transported to Temple Hospital for treatment and observation due to excessive consumption of alcohol.

1810 N. 16th St.
An underage non-Temple male was transported to Temple Hospital for treatment and observation due to excessive consumption of alcohol.

White Hall lobby
An underage non-Temple male was transported to Temple Hospital for treatment and observation due to excessive consumption of alcohol.

University Village
Student reported that another student refused to return her personal property to her and made a threat to destroy the property at 9:43 p.m. Sept. 11. Referred to UDC.

2029 N. Broad St.
Student reported an unknown male approached him struck him in the face and demanded money at 2:50 a.m. Sept. 12. Nothing was taken, and the student was treated for a cut above the eye.

2012 N. Broad St.
Student reported her unattended purse containing Owl Card, Bermuda license, $25 and a digital camera was taken between 11:45 p.m. Sept. 11 and 1 a.m. Sept. 12.

Johnson and Hardwick Cafeteria
Student reported an unknown person removed his cell phone that was left unattended in the cafeteria between 7 p.m. and 7:20 p.m. Sept. 6.

1300 Residence Hall
Temple security officer reported that an underage Temple student appeared under the influence of alcohol. Referred to UDC.

1614 N. 15th St.
An underage student was treated by fire rescue for excessive consumption of alcohol and released. Referred to UDC.

2001 Carlisle St.
Campus Police arrested a non-Temple affiliated male for underage consumption after he was found to have slurred speech, bloodshot eyes and an odor of alcohol.

1512 Montgomery Ave.
Student reported an unknown person poured gray paint on her 1995 Honda and spray painted words on driver’s side door between 2 a.m. and 10 a.m. Sept. 13.

2002 N. 15th St.
A student and her parents reported being approached by an unknown male who displayed what appeared to be a handgun and ordered them into their vehicle. Male then fled west on Norris Street without further incident. Nothing was reported stolen and no injuries were reported.

1425 Norris St.
An underage non-Temple affiliated female was released to her grandfather after she was found to be intoxicated on the highway at 1:40 a.m. Sept. 14.

2012 N. Broad St.
An underage student was transported to Temple Hospital for treatment and observation due to excessive consumption of alcohol. Referred to UDC.

2000 N. Carlisle St.
Campus Police arrested a non-Temple affiliated male for underage consumption of alcohol at 4:10 a.m. Sept. 14.

1500 N. 15th St.
Campus Police arrested a non-Temple affiliated male for an outstanding warrant.

1413 Norris St.
Student reported that he was approached by three unknown males, one of whom punched him in the face and stole his cell phone and another who displayed what appeared to be a handgun at 2:30 a.m. Sept. 14.

1920 Liacouras Walk
Student reported that an unknown male punched him on the left side of his head at 7 p.m. Sept. 14. Student was transported to Temple Hospital for complaint of pain.

1601 N. 15th St.
Student reported that an unknown person took her iPod, headphones and iPod case from her room between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. Sept. 14.

Hardwick Hall
Student reported that she was harassed by an acquaintance between 10 p.m. Sept. 7 and 10 p.m. Sept. 14.

1512 Cecil B. Moore Ave.
Campus Police arrested a non-Temple affiliated male for stealing and using a student’s ATM card at 10:30 p.m. Sept. 14.

Sept. 15
1840 N. 16th St.
Window broken on a 1995 Chevrolet between 5 p.m. Sept. 14 and 10 a.m. Sept. 15. Nothing reported missing.

Tomlinson Theater
Campus Police arrested a non-Temple affiliated male for burglary at 2 p.m. Sept. 15 when he attempted to remove a drill charger, drill case, drill bits and 15 rolls of toilet paper from a basement janitor’s closet.

Hardwick Hall
Student reported an unknown person took a black case, a Dell laptop and a Hewlett-Packard laptop between 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. Sept. 15. No forced entry.

Klein Hall
Employee reported unknown person removed a tote bag and a pencil sharpener from an unlocked office between 1:15 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Sept. 14. No forced entry.

1900 N. 15th St.
Student reported an unknown juvenile male punched him in the nose at 7:40 p.m. Sept. 15, when the juvenile interrupted a soccer game. Student declined medical treatment.

1830 N. Watts St.
Campus Police arrested a non-Temple affiliated male when he forcibly gained entry into a 1998 Nissan at 8:15 p.m. Sept. 15. Nothing reported missing.

Sept. 16
1750 N. 11th St.
Window broken on a 1994 Chrysler, car stereo taken between 7 p.m. Sept. 15 and 12:15 a.m. Sept. 16.

Regional Rail Platform
Non-Temple complainant reported an unknown male took $20 from her hand at 4:20 p.m. Sept. 16. No injuries reported.

1341 Norris St.
Student reported unknown person cut the rear tire of his Schwinn mountain bike, between 11 p.m. Sept. 15 and 9:30 a.m. Sept. 16.

1947 N. 10th St.
Window broken on a 1999 Chevrolet between 11 a.m. and 5:45 p.m. Sept. 16. Nothing reported missing.

Barton Hall
Complainant reported an unknown person removed his bag containing prescription sunglasses and lab ID badge from an unsecured office between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. Sept. 16. No force found.

1710 N. Broad St.

Student reported an unknown person removed her purse from her large handbag, containing credit card, Owl Card, debit card, a $63 gift card and personal identification between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Sept. 16 inside Wendy’s Restaurant.

Sept. 17

1929 N. 11th St.
Campus Police arrested a non-Temple affiliated male for possession of narcotics after he was found to be in possession of a clear plastic bag of marijuana.

Speakman Hall
Student reported an unknown person took a black box containing $290 and a checkbook from a locked room between 12:30 p.m. Sept. 12 and 1 p.m. Sept. 16. No forced entry.

Geasey Field
Student reported an unknown person removed his book bag containing credit cards, Owl Card and $20 cash when it was left unattended between 4:15 p.m. and 4:45 p.m. Sept. 17.

1710 N. 10th St.
Student reported being harassed via Internet by a known male at 8:30 p.m. Sept. 16.

1848 N. 10th St.
Student reported an unknown person removed the four hub caps from his 2003 Volkswagen between 9 p.m. Sept. 14 and 8:30 a.m. Sept. 15.

Student reported she observed a small swastika drawn on her message board.

Annenberg Hall
Employee reported an unknown person removed a Mac laptop, keyboard, mouse, cable, speakers and carrying case from an office between 7:30 p.m. Sept. 16 and 8 a.m. Sept. 18. No force found.

IBC Student Recreation Center
Student reported an unknown person removed her card holder with keys and Owl Card when it was left unattended on a bench between 2 p.m. and 2:10 p.m. Sept. 15.

1508 N. Carlisle St.
Window broken on a 1998 Ford between 8:25 a.m. and 4 p.m. Sept. 18. Nothing reported missing.

1901 N. 16th St.
Security officer reported three unknown juveniles threw rocks at the security booth, breaking the glass at 10:10 p.m. Sept. 18. No injury reported.

1947 N. 12th St.
Student reported an unknown person took his mountain bike between 11 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. Sept. 18.
