State-related universities have waited too long for Harrisburg to pony up.

In keeping with colleges nationwide, a $5 green fee may be added to tuition in Fall 2010.

Though only a handful of students made it to yesterday’s impromptu rally against the impending tuition hike, their protests of the threatened tuition increase were loud and clear.
