David Nenner, Hupperterz’s private attorney, told The Temple News after a pretrial conference on Wednesday outside a Philadelphia courtroom that his client’s position has not changed.

A press conference opposing Temple’s proposed on-campus stadium was held near its possible site at the corner of 15th and Norris streets.

University officials said they expect a third straight year of flat funding.
