The prosecution points its finger at Joshua Hupperterz for the murder of Jenna Burleigh. He blames his roommate.

Forensic analysts testified on Monday that Hupperterz’s, not his roommate Jack Miley’s, DNA was found throughout their apartment and on Burleigh.

Jack Miley, who the defense claims killed Burleigh, said on Friday he is innocent.

Miley, who the defense says killed Temple junior Jenna Burleigh, presented his phone records to the Hupperterz’s trial’s jury on Thursday.

Joshua Hupperterz, on trial for the murder of Temple student Jenna Burleigh, is accused of containing and moving her body outside of Philadelphia.

Hupperterz, whose trial began today for allegedly murdering Burleigh, denies that he harmed her.

Joshua Hupperterz’s statements to police before he was offered legal counsel will not be used to incriminate him.

Hupperterz will face a life sentence if found guilty of first- or second-degree murder during trial, which will begin Jan. 7.

The 2-, 3- and 6-year-old children were taken at gunpoint.

The chapter was in violation of alcohol, drug and social event policy, a months-long investigation concluded.
