An epee has fenced in three European nations in the last three months.

Temple fencing sent 12 fencers to the NCAA Mid-Atlantic/South Regional on Saturday in North Carolina.

The Owls swept both the weapon and individual titles.

Temple’s only loss came to No. 1 Princeton.

The team went 4-2 overall.

The Owls’ lone loss came against Yale University.

Temple defeated New York University, Brown University, Sacred Heart University and Vassar College.

Five of Temple’s fencers finished in the top-three in individual competitions.

Temple University fencing went 3-2 at the Elite Meet at Penn over the weekend.

Sabre Zoe Turner and epees Sarah Park and Margherita Calderaro competed at the two-day championship in Milwaukee.
