RenewTU, the sole executive campaign in the race, will answer questions from students about their platform on March 25 and April 5.

The decision comes after just two days of campaigning.

Two executive teams and five Parliament candidates will be competing in this year’s election. Voting will take place on April 6, 7 and 8.

Temple Student Government collected more than 30 anonymous reports of violations of the Feb. 23 break from classes.

Eight Parliament members resigned since January, including three at-large representatives.

Members of TSG were unhappy with the way Parliament’s leaders handled the resignation of the former freshman representative earlier this month.

Former Freshman Parliament Representative Karim Alazzam was given the option to resign or face impeachment after making the post.

Student Body President Quinn Litsinger will not run for reelection and looks forward to “a fresh start” in TSG.

TSG and Temple Votes prepared students to become informed voters ahead of Election Day.

The branch reduced the vice president positions from two to one and added chief executives.
