The legendary Temple University men’s basketball coach died at the age of 89 on Jan. 29.

The Owls lost to Tulane 81-64 due to poor communication on the court.

The Owls scored just nine points and made two field goal attempts in the second half.

Chaney coached the Owls’ men’s basketball team from 1982 to 2006 and won 516 games.

The Owls are improving the offensive skill set of its four midfielders before the season start on Feb. 7.

Members of TSG were unhappy with the way Parliament’s leaders handled the resignation of the former freshman representative earlier this month.

Former Freshman Parliament Representative Karim Alazzam was given the option to resign or face impeachment after making the post.
