Pennsylvania confirmed an adult from Northampton County being treated at a hospital died from COVID-19, the state’s first death linked to the disease, according to a press release from the Pennsylvania Department of Health.
Statewide, there are 133 confirmed cases of COVID-19, a strain of coronavirus, The Temple News reported.
Authorities did not provide any additional information about the patient.
