The suspension doesn’t apply to foreigners with valid nonimmigrant status already in the United States or Temple’s J-1 programs but will affect H-1B visa seekers currently abroad.

The city will allow some outdoor and small indoor activities to resume while still in the yellow phase as well.

The university announced it will begin phasing in-person operations back on campus during the summer.
