A young man died of multiple gunshot wounds after a shooting on the 2000 block of Norris Street, blocks from Main Campus, early Sunday evening.
A spokesperson from the Philadelphia Police Department Public Affairs Division said police responded to a radio call of gunshots at approximately 6:02 p.m.
When they arrived on the scene, they found the victim, 22-year-old Kevin Parker and transported him to Temple University Hospital immediately. He was pronounced dead at 6:23 p.m.
Campus Police listed the shooting in their daily crime report Monday morning. No representatives from Campus Police could be reached for comment as of Monday evening.
The Philadelphia Police Department representative said that they have no suspects or motive yet in the shooting.
