Booker will address the Class of 2018 along with other honorary degree recipients Robert Bogle, the president and CEO of the Philadelphia Tribune, and Meryl Levitz, the president and CEO of Visit Philly.
Dick Vermeil, who led the Eagles to their first Super Bowl in 1981, will receive a doctorate of humane letters, while Estelle Richman, a former secretary of the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare, will receive a doctorate of laws.
