The Temple News spoke to university officials and health practitioners about steps they’re taking to ensure the safety of students, faculty and staff returning for the fall semester.
The suspension doesn’t apply to foreigners with valid nonimmigrant status already in the United States or Temple’s J-1 programs but will affect H-1B visa seekers currently abroad.
Given the uncertainty in the university’s decision about the semester, many students are concerned that campus life won’t be the same if it remains online.
