The Temple Cross Country runner injured himself early in his Temple running career, but did not give up and is reaping the rewards.

The fifth-year student became the second runner in program history to race at the NCAA Championships on Nov. 20 in Tallahassee, Florida.

The men finished in third place, while the women finished in fourth place.

The American Athletic Conference announced on Aug. 25 fall sports were postponed.

The AAC will include a regular season for fall sports and allow non-conference games at team’s discretion.

The delay will allow teams time to implement new rules and protocols to ensure a safe return for student athletes.
