National Pancake Day
International House of Pancakes
Various locations, 7 a.m. – 10 p.m.
If you couldn’t make it to New Orleans this year for Mardi Gras, don’t fret. Cheer up with a nice, tall stack of pancakes, courtesy of IHOP. Eating pancakes was actually the original way to enjoy Fat Tuesday since it combined a number of dairy products, which would be off-limits starting the next day. In honor of National Pancake Day, treat yourself – while supplies last.
