The Fitzgerald family has requested that a special prosecutor take the case following District Attorney Larry Krasner’s decision.

Following the 16-day encampment on Penn campus, Penn, Drexel and Temple students are seeing legal and university-level consequences.

Fry, who is currently the president of Drexel University, will be named Temple’s 14th president, a source confirmed to The Temple News.

The incident happened in the early hours of Saturday morning and the suspect is in custody.

The former president will be on Temple’s campus on June 22 to campaign in North Philadelphia.

Meal plan holders will have higher value, but limited meal equivalencies and some guest swipes this year.

Temple could merge with the University of the Arts, which will officially close its doors on June 7.

The bill gives Temple the same appropriation they’ve had for the last five years.

The Democratic candidate defeated Republican challenger David Oh with approximately 82 percent of the vote.
