The court found that an agreement Cosby made with a former prosecutor in 2005 granted him immunity from criminal prosecution, meaning he should not have been charged in 2018.
The Pennsylvania Parole Board cited Cosby’s refusal to attend counseling for sex offenders, as was required by his sentence, in their reasoning for denying his parole request.
