Twelve lines at Temple University Station will start running an enhanced Saturday schedule beginning today.

The pantry will be twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays.

The students all had traveled to Spain, which currently has more than 11,000 cases of the virus.

Pennsylvania Department of Health confirmed 88,074 cases of COVID-19 so far, 6,712 people died.

Supervisors will determine whether staff members are deemed essential and should come in to work.

Temple University’s on-campus food provider has only made small commitments to reducing their greenhouse gas emissions.

Students were urged to practice social distancing as the pandemic spreads.

Several organizers and companies on campus and in the city are offering food and housing resources during the pandemic.

Temple’s commencement is “still under discussion,” a spokesperson for the university said.

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the NCAA forbade in-person recruiting contact on March 13.
