Campus Police made an early-morning arrest of a juvenile Temple student Thursday, Oct. 26, charging the male with rape.
A female Temple student complained to Campus Police at about 4:30 a.m. that morning
that she had been raped in a residence hall, according to Capt. Robert Lowell of Campus
Safety Services.
The male student was additionally charged with involuntary deviant sexual intercourse,
indecent assault, indecent exposure, recklessly endangering another person and unlawful restraint.
He is being held at the Youth Student Center and awaits a November hearing.The student was also referred to the University Disciplinary Committee, Lowell said.
