The third incident occurred yesterday night at 15th Street near Polett Walk.

The 46-percent drop came as most of the on-campus population went home during COVID-19.

Between May 22 and May 26, Campus Safety Services received eight reports of crimes within their jurisdiction.

Johnston had been missing since early morning on July 10.

The two men shot during the incident are in stable condition at Temple University Hospital.

A man, who said he was shot leaving a nightclub on Cecil B. Moore, is in stable condition.

The 26-year-old student was last seen in the area of 12th Street and Vine Street.

Police issued alerts for both incidents between 9 p.m. and 11 p.m. on June 27. The incidents were not related to one another.

The woman is currently in stable condition at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.

Officers from the Temple University Police Department and Philadelphia Police Department are investigating the incident.
