Video: Officials host ‘topping out’ ceremony for new residence hall

The $216 million Morgan Hall is expected to open in Fall 2013.

The university should hear the voices of the Temple community — including faculty members — on the proposed stadium.

Held in the Temple Performing Arts Center, speakers included former President Bill Clinton, former Pennsylvania Gov. Edward G. Rendell, Gov. Tom Corbett, Mayor Nutter and other prominent people of the Philadelphia area.
